Description
Food Bank Volunteer
We’re looking for more warm, friendly people to join our wonderful team of food bank volunteers. It’s a demanding but fulfilling role. We receive food donations from re-distribution charities such as the Felix Trust on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and open the food bank for members on Thursdays. The successful candidate will need to help carry crates, sort food, set up and clear down the food bank as well as help members chose items for their bags. They’ll also recruit, train and schedule volunteers each week. For more details, please email food bank co-ordinator Emma at foodbank@qcca.org.uk or call 0207 267 6635
