Our advice and advocacy service helps people with problems that effect their quality of life. Usually that’s around debt, benefits, Universal Credit and housing but often we’ll advocate for users around their mental and physical health.
Unlike many other London advice services, we see people in person rather than online or over the phone. We’re a small service, but we don’t set a limit on the number of sessions you can have, because problems are often complicated.
Our advisers speak six languages, including Arabic and Tigrinya.
