Our older people’s service welcomes everyone who’s over 55. It’s a friendly community of people who enjoy staying active, keeping healthy and supporting one another.
There’s a varied programme to suit everyone. Chair-based exercise and yoga classes run several times a week along with coffee mornings, hot lunches, gardening, reflexology and a cinema club. Outings are popular with trips to museums, gardens and the theatre.
All activities are free for those unable to pay but some sessions accept suggested donations
