Role: This is a busy multi-faceted role in which your organisational and interpersonal skills will be crucial. A flexible, capable person with a purposeful attitude will do well. Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week )

Job Purpose: Job Purpose: Manage and oversee the financial operations of the business, including liaising with external suppliers and customers, processing accounts payable, and handling credit control. This includes setting up supplier payment runs, preparing and filing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks, and managing daily bookkeeping tasks. Additional responsibilities include preparing monthly bank reconciliations, reviewing and posting staff and credit card expenses, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, managing petty cash, handling monthly payroll and pension duties, and supporting the preparation of year-end audits.
